About TALKING PORTRAITS
Talking Portraits is a new concept capturing special moments in life in moving picture. People often hire a professional photographer for a family portrait, pregnancy, cake smash shoot and so on - and we are available for this service too! However we are offering something a little more exciting.. your story in moving picture. We always take some stills during the shoot in case you are after that perfect wall portrait! But can you imagine a video story of your family.. your child talking whilst playing with his or her favourite toy and telling us a story. To capture their voice professionally.. to playback in time. Our first Talking Portrait was of little Georgie becoming a big sister! She now tells everyone it's her movie for Evie, her little sister. Won't it be fun for the two girls to watch that when they're older! Imagine playing it back when they're mums themselves one day!

About Us
Stu and I met filming weddings.. we are now married! Stu is known in the industry for his business "Stu Art Video Productions". Although I am most known in the wedding industry as a photographer, I have fallen in love with video and together we have created "Talking Portraits" which is creating short video stories of special moments in life. I run a wedding business called "Happily Ever After Photography" which was created after working for over a decade at one of Melbourne's busiest photography studios.
Stu is an incredible videographer and editor. His other loves in life (aside from me! haha) are his kids (including the fur-babies), the St Kilda Football Club, movies, music including bands such as Yellowcard and Story of the Year, kebabs and burgers. He is fun and personable and he's excited to be able to offer his clients more than just wedding and music videos!
My loves in life include dogs, chocolate, movies, music such as Missy Higgins, theatre shows and sleeping! haha..
I am known for my bubbly personality, my endless energy and my eye for detail. My shooting strengths include making magic out of any place and posing women of all shapes and sizes.
